SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE VISITS
Quarterly visits to clean, test, make minor repairs or adjustments, and answer any operational questions. Your plan manager schedules maintenance visits and sends you a recap of what was done. You'll always know when to expect us and what we found while we were there.
QUICK RESPONSE TIME
If issues do arise between scheduled visits we'll dispatch a technician as quickly as possible. We frequently respond the same or next day and guaranty a technician onsite within two business days. PMP customers also receive discounts on unscheduled service.
